The Trust Clean Index™ is my cleanerHUB’s proprietary, AI-driven quality score. It’s built to give customers real confidence in the cleaner they’re booking - going far beyond a simple star rating.
A basic review score only tells part of the story. Two cleaners can both have 4.8 stars, but one might reply to messages within minutes and always start on time, while the other takes days to respond and regularly runs late. The Trust Clean Index is designed to capture that difference - and reward the cleaners who consistently deliver a great experience.
The Index draws on several signals, weighted together by our system:
How consistently you follow through on accepted jobs - completing what you commit to, without last-minute cancellations.
How often you accept jobs that are offered to you. A healthy acceptance rate signals responsiveness and availability to the matching system.
How quickly you reply to job offers and customer messages. Fast responses mean fewer missed opportunities - for you and for the customer.
How closely your actual start and finish times match what was scheduled. This is tracked automatically and rewards punctuality and realistic time estimates.
We don’t just count your average star score. Our system reads the sentiment of what customers actually write, picking up on things like tone, specific praise, or recurring concerns - so a genuinely glowing review carries more weight than a generic one, even at the same star rating.
How close you typically are to the jobs you’re matched with. This isn’t about penalising anyone - it reflects the practical reality that shorter distances tend to mean higher acceptance and more reliable, on-time completion.
Star ratings alone are easy to game and don’t tell the whole story. A cleaner who’s brilliant on-site but hard to reach, or who often runs late, creates a worse experience even with good reviews.
