All cleaners must pass ID + Right to Work checks with TrustID.Some cleaners also have a DBS badge which will be shown on their profile.

Yes — you can message them directly via in-platform chat - and they'll get notified on WhatsApp that you've messaged them. If you get messaged you'll also be notified via WhatsApp.
