How to get started

• Create your account and upload your ID documents
• Get verified through TrustID – usually 24–48 hours (a passport or UK driving licence, or a Share Code if you're not UK or Irish)
• Set your hourly rate, services and availability
• Go live once your documents are approved and start receiving booking requests

A DBS check is optional, but having one boosts your profile visibility with residents.

Getting paid

Payments are processed securely through Stripe into your own Stripe Connect account. Funds are released to you 24 hours after a job is confirmed complete, unless a dispute is raised in that window. How often you're paid – daily, weekly or monthly – depends on your Membership Tier (Standard, Plus or Pro), and your next payout date is always shown on your dashboard. my cleanerHUB's service fee, for introducing the booking and running the platform, is shown clearly and deducted automatically – it's separate from the fee you set.

You're self-employed

As a cleaner on the platform you're an independent, self-employed professional, responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. We make it easy: downloadable earnings statements (PDF or CSV) and monthly summaries support your self-assessment. Your Trust Cleaning Index – built from reviews, reliability, responsiveness and proximity – affects how often you're offered bookings. Keeping your availability up to date and responding promptly to requests helps you get more work.
